Empirical data makes it obvious that elections have not stopped our federal politicians (Republicans and Democrats) from enacting unconstitutional laws that steal our “sovereign” liberties . . .

THEREFORE, until they prove by action that they will fulfill their oath of office and “defend and protect our Constitution,” it is our responsibility, as Iowans to protect ourselves from these unconstitutional federal power grabs.

Nullification is the states “RIGHTFUL REMEDY” against unconstitutional federal power grabs.  If a law is unconstitutional and therefore void and of no effect, it is up to the states, the parties to the federal compact, to declare it so and thus refuse to enforce it.  It is a proclamation to declare an unconstitutional federal law null and void and that our state will no longer obey it.
